Free Roof Inspection (45 Minutes)
We inspect every component — shingles, flashing, pipe boots, vents, gutters, soffit, fascia, and attic ventilation. Every finding is photographed and documented. You receive a written report whether you hire us or not.
Honest Assessment & Recommendation
We tell you exactly what we found — good and bad. If a $300 repair fixes the problem, that’s what we recommend. We don’t upsell a $15,000 replacement when it’s not needed. The report is yours to keep regardless of your decision.
Insurance Claim Assistance
If storm damage warrants a claim, we help you file with our inspection report as documentation. We attend the adjuster meeting to ensure nothing is overlooked. If the claim is denied, we help with re-inspection requests and the appraisal clause.
Material Selection & Scheduling
We help you select the right materials for your home, budget, and HOA requirements. GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed — we explain the options and recommend based on your specific situation. Then we schedule installation for the earliest available date.
Professional Installation (Usually 1 Day)
Our crew arrives early, protects your landscaping and windows, completes the full tear-off and installation, and performs a magnetic nail sweep across your entire property. Most Roanoke homes are completed in a single day.
Final Walkthrough & Warranty
We walk through the completed work with you, deliver manufacturer warranty documentation and our workmanship warranty, and schedule a complimentary 6-month follow-up inspection. Any questions after that — call us anytime.
